  CURRENT FUNDRAISING ACTIVITY
Direct Mailing Campaign For Blood Transfusion Service

Dear Friends,

We are very glad to inform you that this year we are working to raise funds for our "BLOOD BANK" through our "Direct Mailing Campaign".

In this campaign, we have sent request letters along with donation form to many selected peoples. If you get that mailer, please kindly read the letter and send us the donation form by filling the required details.

As you may know that Blood Transfusion Service (BTS) has been one of the key programme of Nepal Red Cross among many service programmes that it has been implementing since its inception in 1963. BTS provides blood free of cost, but in normal situations, associated cost for test, blood bags, collection costs etc based on actual inputs are recovered from the service recipients. However, poor, helpless and victims of accidents are required to provide all services free of cost.

In the present context, a need has been felt to improve the quality of our blood service. Hence, to improve the quality of services, investment is required for equipments, human resource development and infrastructure but there have been resource constraints for investments.

As NRCS is a humanitarian organization that implements programmes with support of aid, donation, grants and other contribution, we are requesting you with an expectation of such support to develop and expand Blood Services.Red Cross is your organization and it needs your support. Hence, we request you to support as per your wishes.

If you are interested to donate Nepal Red Cross Society's Blood Services right away, then click on the follwing link to DOWNLOAD THE DONATION FORM and send it to our email address dharma@nrcs.org / fundraising@nrcs.org , then you can deposit the amount in our Bank account 18-0002089- 58 of Standard Chartered Bank.

If required we will come to collect the amount in your given address.

We thank you all for your kind cooperation!
