Introduction :
Human
Resource Development (HRD) is one
of major component of organisational
development.
Human Resource Development Section
(HRDS) has been conducting various
trainings and seminars in the sectors
of Management, First Aid, Fundraising,
Disaster Management, Volunteer Management,
Institutional Development and Organisational
Development to strengthen the managerial
efficiency (skills, knowledge and
attitude/behavior) of members, volunteers
and staffs.
HRDS
offers its training and development
programme to other stakeholders.NRCS
is initiating for institutionalization
of the human resource development
to fulfill the need of structured
and well-built human resource development
centre.
NRCS
has National Red Cross Training Centre
at Banepa. The centre has 30 seat
capacity well equipped two training
halls and accommodation rooms for
30 persons with kitchen facility.
Similarly, some district chapters
have training centers at district
level.
Objective : To strengthen management
potential of the society so as to
maximize its human resource mobilisation
and management capacity.
