Introduction :
 NRCS
is applying an integrated approach
to organizational Development. All
programmes include capacity building
of volunteers and staff, in chapters
and sub-chapters.
Enhancing volunteer
involvement is emphasized with a special
accent on woman and youth participation.
The volunteer management programme
includes managing volunteers and building
their managerial and programme capacities.
The women development programme has
been improving the representation
of female volunteers. The national
society has been developing better
systems for new resource mobilization
and fund-raising methods.

DEVELOPMENT
Nepal
Red Cross Society has been escalating
continuously the capacity and efficiency
of organisation at various levels.
Regional Coordination Committees at
regional level, District Chapters
at district level and Sub-Chapters,
Cooperation Committees and Youth/Junior
Circles at community level are delivering
the broader and effective humanitarian
service and to increase the dignity
of Red Cross on community through
its organisational network.
Objective
: Nepal Red Cross makes an effective
difference in the lives of vulnerable
people in their respective communities
through increased capacities of the
national society
